Bingo Rules

  1. Players must be 18 years or older and be able to provide proof of identity.

  2. Each player must have a minimum buy-in to be on the playing floor.

  3. Seats cannot be saved after 6:30 p.m. without a buy-in for the person you are saving the seat for. Fixed Unit Computers cannot be saved without a computer buy-in for that unit.

  4. Players cannot play special games unless they have the minimum buy-in.

  5. Receipts are proof of purchase and must be visible at all times. Players are responsible for keeping their receipts and checking them for accuracy. No payout will be made without a valid receipt.

  6. Winners are responsible for making themselves known to the caller. Please raise your card and yell your “BINGO” loudly.

  7. The last number called must be present in your bingo. A number is considered called when the caller says any part of the letter or number.

  8. We must be able to read the serial number to verify a bingo. If unable to read the serial number, your Bingo will not be valid.

  9. All players must use a dauber to play Bingo.

  10. More than one Bingo divides the payouts.

  11. Winners of $100 or more must provide proof of identity and complete forms provided by the Oregon Department of Justice. No payouts will be made without identification.

  12. Payouts of $300 or more may be paid by check.

  13. Winners must collect their own money. No payouts will be made if winning sheets are exchanged with another player.

  14. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted and no alcohol is permitted except in the designated area of the Alcove and Video Poker room.

  15. No cell phone use allowed on the playing floor. Please mute or turn off cell phones and keep the noise level down during bingo play.

  16. Foul and/or abusive language toward customers or employees will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave.

  17. Loud talking and/or inappropriate behavior will also not be accepted.

  18. Manager reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management has the final decision in any matter.

The Arc Lane County has advocated for and provided services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1953. Services for children’s and families are: 

JumpStart - Center-based after school respite program for children, ages 5-21 with intellectual and developmental disabilities.


Take a Break Program - Center-based Saturday program for families who have children ages 0 to 17 with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their siblings.
APLUS (Adult People Learning Useful Skills) - Center-based afternoon respite program for ages 18 and over providing instruction and practice of useful skills. Friday Night Fun - Center-based Friday night respite program for ages 18+. Socialize and have fun with peers.
Families Connected - A monthly support group program for families with children, ages 0-17.
